Holy Rosary School students recently participated in fun activities for at three charitable organizations.

Students jumped rope and shot hoops for pledges as well as competed in a penny war, raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Heart Association, and the Haiti Earthquake Relief.

Former student Jacqueline Wood-Merten has always believed that the students of Holy Rosary School recognized the needs of others, and acted on that need. “As far back as I can remember Holy Rosary School Student Body has reached out with a helping hand in the community and beyond. I recall the challenges for pledges for organizations, but also the warm coats and food drives that especially benefited the people of Kenosha, the people we see in person right in our home town. Reaching out to those in need is a virtue that was encouraged which stays with you always”.
